Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and / or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.Projects may include the following responsibilities :

• Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improveefficiency and benchmark with industry bestpractices.
• Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with greatattentiontodetail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Learncontinuousimprovement methodologies (, PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives.
• Align with all company safety, training, and quality regulations ( ISO compliance, GLP / GMP requirements, etc.) and procedures.
• Execute experimental plans, analyze data, and contribute to technical reports and product summaries.
• Investigate new methods / technologies and maintain accurate lab notebook to support protection of intellectual property in accordance with relevant Thermo Fisher required standards.
• Work collaboratively with other functions including Business Development,Quality, Operations, Technical Services, and / or Marketing in the commercialization of new products.
