job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide synchronized swimming and swim instruction based on the Blue Gems Swim School curriculum Assist with creating choreography for routines Attend and assist athletes during competitions Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents Assess student progress and complete required paperwork Effectively communicate progress and feedback to students and their parents or guardians, ensure customer satisfaction Report issues to management as appropriate Place and remove lane lines, perform light cleaning duties around the pool deck Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Fulfilling work environment The ability for career growth in leadership roles Valuable work experience Future references / referrals
