Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Weekly Guaranteed Hours : 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form.

Weekend Hours : As required by facility.

Must have 4 trauma credits OR must have them completed within the first two weeks from start, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start).

Float Requirements : will float on a rotational basis.

Preferred Skillset / Experience : Trauma, inpatient only.

Type of Patients on Unit : Specialty Surgery – GI / GU / ENT / Urology.

Scrub Color : Black.

Blocked Scheduling (no specific days) may be approved based on facility requirements - must be listed on submission form.

RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.

Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment.

2 references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
