JANITORIAL SCHOOL CUSTODIAN

Custodian Position

This position entails cleaning at a school in Conneautville, PA. This position is part time, Monday through Friday. No weekends. This position requires clearances to be completed.

Our custodians are responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities : Note-other duties not listed may also be assigned.

• Perform all cleaning duties using provided products, tools and procedures
• Duties include : sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, windows, cleaning and moving furniture and equipment, etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies / equipment, including account keys
• Open / lock facilities, enable / disable security system as required
• 1-2 years experience working as a janitor, custodian, or housekeeper for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus, but not required
• The ability to be flexible, work at a fast pace, and multi-task is a must
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Use proper PPE where required
• Must be able to communicate in English
