Job Requirements

1 year of acute care RN experience required

Current Florida RN license or compact license (must apply for Florida license if compact)

If less than 3 years of RN experience : must take and pass the NCLEX in Florida to be considered

Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

BLS certification required

Benefits

Shifts : Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a), rotating weekends

Unit Size : Med / Surg West – 24 beds; Med / Surg East – 28 beds

Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : Standard med-surg ratios

Shadow / Interview Process : Initial recruiter screen, then onsite or Webex with Director and peers
