Overview

Yeisley Financial Group, a fast-paced and faith-based financial firm in Wichita, KS, is seeking to add a Client Service Administrator to our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.

This position services the existing client base with all service requests including incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, preparing the main advisor for his / her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

Base pay range

$15.00 / hr - $19.00 / hr

Hourly Compensation

  • $14.50 - $19 / hr

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a friendly, positive, and warm manner
  • Connect with prospects and clients to craft personalized and remarkable experiences
  • Assist in setting client appointments
  • Complete client service paperwork
  • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
  • Assist with client updates, reports, and mailings
  • Support the marketing team as needed
  • Provide support at various after-hours client events
  • Maintain client notes in Redtail CRM
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2+ years working in a fast-paced office environment preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Redtail CRM experience preferred
