Family Law Paralegal

Job Description

We are a highly respected, well-established, family law firm in Scottsdale, AZ, seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of paralegal experience in Arizona. This role requires a dedicated team player with exceptional multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a goal to deliver outstanding client support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft and prepare pleadings and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and manage discovery processes, including document review and production.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating witnesses.
• Maintain case files, docket deadlines, and manage attorney calendars.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Support attorneys in all phases of case management.

Qualifications :

Some remote work possible after training.
