Estimated Compensation : $100,000-$125,000; position has remote possibility

Job Summary : The Data Analytics Manager will help lead Tempur Sealy in building deep knowledge and understanding of consumers, category, customers, channels and the competition in order to develop actionable insights that build and sustain brand and business leadership, influence new product development, advantage Tempur Sealy brands and drive sustained market leadership. Additionally, given the strength of brand and business development in the US, this position will play a collaborative role to elevate linkage, functional discipline and consumer-centric approaches on brand, product innovation, and channel development initiatives.
