ModMed is seeking a Manager, Software Engineering who will be responsible for human resource management of Software Developers, as well as providing technical leadership and governance of development activities consistent with architectural and software development standards. This role contributes to the ongoing development of standards and processes to ensure quality. The ideal candidate will be expected to direct and collaborate with subordinates, providing and / or clarifying technical approaches, and assisting in the overall development of technical skills. This role contributes to defining architecture and technology, auditing development work, and overseeing the proper implementation thereof. The Software Engineering Manager will have broad experience in many aspects of software development, software quality approaches, and implementation frameworks. The successful candidate will have a passion for people, software development, quality, and the drive to accomplish their goals.
