Overview

Part Time Inventory Operations Shopkeeper (Stock Associate) - Miami. The role involves exposure to coveted luxury merchandise while executing operational and merchandising processes effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with the store team to maintain a neat, clean and organized stockroom and sales floor, creating a seamless experience between back of house and the sales floor to bring The RealReal brand to life for customers.

What You Get To Do Every Day

• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with The RealReal's inventory control processes.
• Prepare and ship customers' orders following quality, packing and shipping standards.
• Contribute to company growth and asset protection through implementation of loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory movement by ensuring accurate and timely processing of markdowns, transfers and consolidations, receiving and POS transactions.
• Support product placement and outfitting reflective of trend, reinforcing The RealReal brand messaging and inspiring customers.
• Proficiently use core systems and technologies including POS, Mac and Google Suite applications.
• Maintain product presentation by restocking, putting items back in place, and relocating items according to The RealReal standards.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues.
• Demonstrate fluency in store operational procedures and assist team members with daily store functions.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventory counts as needed, and perform other tasks as directed.
