Pay : $25 $27 per hour
Schedule : Monday Friday, 7 : 00 a.m. 4 : 00 p.m. (early outs on Fridays)

About the Role
The Service Coordinator is the key link between field technicians, customers, and internal operations. This person ensures smooth scheduling, clear communication, and accurate invoicing while keeping a calm and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules between the service team and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to service inquiries quickly and professionally
- Communicate updates to customers and technicians throughout the day
- Create and process work orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Track service tickets and assist with job documentation and billing
- Support management with project coordination and administrative tasks
