United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials, corporate publications, advertising, and campaign assets. Serves as a senior-level resource within the Marketing & Communications team, providing creative leadership, strategic guidance, and mentorship to other designers and freelancers.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Requirements :

Education Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar or equivalent experience.

Experience Requirements : 3+ years’ experience in the Graphic Design field.

Technology Requirements : Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related design tools, Microsoft Office in particular, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom, and Asana. Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related design tools. A proven comfort level with learning new software applications as necessary.

Other Essential Knowledge / Skills : Strong art & design skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; accuracy, attention to detail, knowledgeable in desktop publishing, initiative, attention to deadlines, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Direct Work of Others : Other graphic designers and freelancers as needed.
