We're seeking an organized, energetic, and client-focused Studio Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations at our Short Pump studios. This part-time role (2025 hours / week) is perfect for someone who loves fitness, thrives in a people-centered environment, and enjoys variety in their workday.
Position Summary
The Studio Coordinator assists with the daily operations of both studios, focusing on client experience, membership sales support, scheduling, and studio organization. This role supports the management team to ensure both studios run efficiently and align with Pure Barre's brand standards.
Responsibilities
Assist with lead generation, including community outreach and grassroots marketing initiatives.
Support the sales process by helping schedule prospects into intro classes and following up with leads.
Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, inclusive studio environment.
Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, retail transactions, and membership inquiries.
Assist with inventory management, ordering, and restocking retail and studio supplies.
Help coordinate staff schedules and studio calendars.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the studio.
Enforce studio policies and procedures to ensure a safe, consistent client experience.
Assist with local marketing campaigns, events, and studio promotions.
Communicate effectively with the management team and instructors to ensure smooth operations.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
2025 hours per week, with availability for at least one evening and one weekend shift.
12 years of fitness, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skillscomfortable engaging with clients in person and over the phone.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in basic computer and POS systems; experience with fitness or studio software is a plus.
Passion for fitness, wellness, and building community.
Professional, punctual, and self-motivated.
