The WMS Analyst for the facility is responsible for supporting the Technology needs of all 7 RealCold sites. This role is responsible for helping the facilities with all technology needs, including startup of new customer accounts. This role is responsible for supporting the organization as whole with current Warehouse and Software (including WMS, YMS, LMS, TMS, and WCS applications) and Hardware Devices (including various RF mobile computing devices) at all 7 of their locations which include : Lockhart & Denton in Texas; Colton in California; Clackamas, Oregon; Clearfield, Utah; Lakeland and Ormond Beach in Florida.

• Support the current WMS in 5 existing sites, plus future site implementations.
• Support day to day operations of the WMS System to ensure it deliveries in the areas of : inventory management, shipping information and customer order information for employee order selection
• Budgeting for the WMS upgrades for all (7) locations and in 2026 the (8th) location in NJ
• Creating training manuals to roll out to all locations to ensure appropriate day to day functionality of the WMS System so the facilities can be self sufficient
• Configure and Support hardware including various RF mobile computing devices.
