Position Overview
We’re seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our supportive and mission-aligned team. You’ll provide high-quality therapy to individuals, couples, or families and play an active role in fostering a positive and connected workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
Client Care
Contact new client referrals within 24 hoursMaintain your assigned room and session scheduleReview intake paperwork and informed consent during the first sessionBe punctual to client sessions, meetings, and eventsBuild long-term therapeutic relationships when clinically appropriateComplete timely and thorough documentation (progress notes, etc.)Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality at all timesCollaborate with outside health professionals as neededPromote a consistent, warm, and professional therapeutic spaceCaseload & Performance
Full-Time : Minimum 22 sessions / weekParticipate in biannual reviews for growth and supportTeam Engagement
Maintain professionalism in all communicationsKeep scheduling and availability up to dateInform intake staff of changes in availability or caseload capacityAttend quarterly in-person team meetings (required)Contribute to a collaborative and grateful team cultureClinical Supervision & Growth
Weekly meetings with Clinical Director for the first 30 daysBiweekly or as-needed supervision for the next 30 daysOngoing peer consultation is highly encouragedQualifications
Licensed in California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSWPassionate about relational, client-centered, and trauma-informed careStrong communication and documentation skillsCommitted to team collaboration and continuous growthWhat We Offer
