Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting (Problem Solving) – identify and resolve unexpected issues in data collection software or post-processing by systematically investigating the problem to find a solution, with a persistent and methodical approach.
  • Instrumentation – learn about and install / uninstall a predefined set of sensors and measurement devices, ensure correct placement, and verify reliability / precision for accurate data capture; become proficient with the tools and procedures for established testing setups.
  • Data Acquisition – configure and operate data collection software to efficiently collect, process, and store large volumes of real-time vehicle data for subsequent analysis and calibration development, ensuring data integrity and proper storage for post-processing.

Qualifications

  • Education Required : Associate Degree, Certification Program
  • Education Preferred : Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience Required : 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting vehicle testing, test instrumentation, data acquisition, and / or fleet coordination for automotive vehicles.
  • Experience Preferred : 4+ years supporting powertrain testing or calibration teams, experience with ATI Vision / ETAS INCA / AVL-DRIVE applications, and prior responsibility of fleet coordination for automotive vehicles.
