Technical Director

A company is looking for a Technical Director to provide strategic technical leadership and oversee engineering and solution development across federal programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide executive-level technical oversight across IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and technology solutions

Lead the technical solutioning process for capture and proposal development, ensuring compliant and innovative solutions

Provide technical guidance and support to program teams, ensuring delivery with technical excellence and compliance

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field; Master's degree preferred

12+ years of experience in IT, engineering, or solution architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Strong background in solutioning and program delivery for federal government contracts

Experience leading proposals and solution design for competitive procurements
