About the Position

Job Overview : We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Clinical Laboratory Technologist (CLT) to join our healthcare team. This role involves performing routine and specialized laboratory testing to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Candidates must be flexible with shift timing and available to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic testing in accordance with established procedures across various lab disciplines
• Analyze, interpret, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in LIS and EMR systems
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to quality assurance protocols and participate in audits or inspections as required.
