Base pay range : $140,000.00 / yr - $170,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead capital projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and KPIs.
  • champion sustainability efforts to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

Description

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute annual operating and capital plans.
  • Lead daily plant operations while ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Manage capital projects from planning through commissioning.
  • Monitor KPIs, reduce costs, minimize downtime, and improve productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement and sustainability efforts.
  • Build, mentor, and coach a strong, accountable operations team.
  • Maintain employee engagement and development through training and consistent leadership practices.
  • Profile

    Ideal Candidate :

  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, preferably in a plant or production environment.
  • Strong technical / mechanical knowledge; paper or plastics background a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Skilled in KPIs, lean manufacturing, OEE, and process improvement.
  • Collaborative leader with strong communication, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
