We are seeking a competitive, motivated individual to join our growing event marketing and fundraising team .

This is a hands-on role in a high-energy, fast-paced environment , perfect for someone who thrives on challenges and wants to build a career in marketing, event coordination, and nonprofit fundraising.

As an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant, you will receive complete, individualized training in all divisions of our company.

We invest in our team to develop the skills needed to manage tasks independently, take initiative on campaigns, and contribute meaningfully to our events and fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live marketing events and fundraising campaigns Engage directly with the public, donors, and supporters to promote client missions and initiatives Support event logistics including registration, signage, and volunteer coordination Distribute promotional materials and help execute brand activations at retail and community events Track and report on event performance and campaign metrics Collect and maintain donor and customer information for reporting and follow-ups Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and successful campaign outcomes Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop marketing, fundraising, and communication skills Requirements 1–2 years of experience or training in marketing, sales, or customer service preferred, but exceptions made for the right candidate Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or other people-oriented roles is a plus Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and contribute as part of a team Energetic, professional, and outgoing with a strong desire to succeed Powered by JazzHR
