We are a boutique firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Secretary to support our daily operations on a PART TIME or MOTHERS HOURS basis. The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to our consultants and leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, documents, and client communications. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and a basic understanding of legal terminology and professional services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and recruitment documentation
Maintain organized filing systems for candidate and client records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
Assist with billing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Support consultants with candidate interview coordination and follow-ups
Update and maintain internal databases and job postings
Liaise with law firms and legal professionals as needed
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in an administrative or legal support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Familiarity with legal terminology or recruitment processes is a plus
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
