What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to student inquiries via email and provide guidance on writing and APA formattingFacilitate synchronous small group sessions and one-on-one mentorship meetingsCollaborate with the Instructional Services Support Specialist to ensure quality serviceAttend onboarding and ongoing training sessions as requiredCompile and report mentoring interaction data to the Manager weeklyWhat is Required (Qualifications)
Must be an active student in good standing enrolled in a master’s or doctoral program at the employerMinimum overall GPA of 3.5 or higher on all coursework completed at the employerStrong writing, communication, facilitation, and research skillsAbility to provide constructive feedback to adult students in writingProficiency in Microsoft Office productsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
