Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of surrogate applicants, providing personalized support throughout the screening process
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, fostering trust and rapport through effective communication
Coordinate with healthcare professionals and manage logistics related to scheduling, documentation, and applicant profiles
Required Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Proficient in using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Demonstrated professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized and dependable, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
Compassionate and emotionally intelligent, with sound judgment in sensitive situations
