Job Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Registered Nurse for a night shift ICU travel assignment in Ohio, requiring an active OH or compact RN license and adherence to strict fingerprinting compliance.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19 : 00 to 07 : 30
  • 13-week contract assignment
  • Locals accepted at the same rate
  • Must respond promptly to all credentialing and compliance requirements to avoid assignment delays or cancellation
  • Former employees are eligible if they have not worked at the facility in the past six months
  • Current employees at Ohio State University hospitals are not eligible for travel assignments
  • Team members are expected to ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Holiday and weekend coverage may be required per unit needs

  • Active RN license in Ohio or a compact state required at the time of consideration
  • Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program required
  • Two professional references needed, with at least one from a supervisor, manager, or formal leader; coworker references not accepted
  • Completion of Ohio fingerprinting process immediately upon contract signing is required
  • RTO (requested time off) must be submitted and approved with contract
