Manage a high end restaurant, with large volume. Must have fine dinning experience managing. Must work nights and weekends. Must be able to communicate with staff. Must have computer skills. Must have wine knowledge. Must have 4-5 years managing. Starting salary ranges between 70k to 85k. 401K plus health benefits. Must have teaching skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high end restaurant with large volume.
  • Demonstrate fine dining management experience.
  • Work nights and weekends.
  • Communicate effectively with staff.
  • Utilize computer skills.
  • Apply wine knowledge.
  • Provide leadership with 4-5 years of managerial experience.
  • Support teaching and training within the team.
