This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Customer Engineer in the United States .

As a Customer Engineer, you will collaborate closely with enterprise design and engineering teams to help them optimize their digital product development using AI-powered visual development platforms. You will lead onboarding sessions, workshops, and hands-on integrations, ensuring customers successfully adopt and leverage the platform. By working directly with engineers, designers, and product teams, you will help implement solutions, debug issues, and demonstrate the impact of AI-driven workflows. This role combines technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and strategic thinking to deliver measurable outcomes, accelerate design-to-code handoffs, and enhance developer productivity. You will also create playbooks and resources to scale best practices across clients, contributing to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Accountabilities

  • Lead interactive onboarding and enablement programs for enterprise customers, including workshops, hands-on sessions, and technical pairings.
  • Guide clients through implementation and optimization of AI-powered code generation and visual content platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to troubleshoot issues, extend functionality, and deliver real-world examples of platform capabilities.
  • Identify high-impact workflows where AI can accelerate design-to-code handoffs and reduce engineering bottlenecks.
  • Develop documentation, best-practice guides, sample repositories, and reusable onboarding templates for customers.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to translate feedback into actionable improvements, refining features and the onboarding experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in front-end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Familiarity with AI workflows, prompt design, generative AI tools, or LLM-based development environments.
  • Experience with headless web architectures, APIs, GraphQL, and content management platforms.
  • Proven customer-facing experience implementing or supporting complex software solutions in enterprise settings.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to translate technical and business needs into actionable plans.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and effective stakeholder interactions.
