The Veterinary Information Systems team at the College of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a Tier 2 service team member to assist with our day to day operation and increase our Audio Visual support portfolio.

The successful candidate should have a strong background in Audio Visual service and support in addition to the following duties. Identifies, analyzes, and addresses problems using a wide range of analysis and solution strategies. Designs, plans, and develops or coordinates the development of client computing needs with a strong emphasis on Apple and Windows products. Utilizes software tools such as JAMF Pro and Microsoft SCCM to manage and implement patches, updates, software installations and comply with University security requirements. Advanced operating system (MacOS and Windows) and application troubleshooting, detailed understanding of networking in MacOS, the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot peripherals, and integration with other business and enterprise systems. Monitors system performance; anticipates needs and upgrades. Collaborates with Infrastructure and Applications Team, Administration and Faculty to design and implement new concepts and ideas. Will also be responsible for Tier 2 level support of the Service Desk including troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS systems.

Some evening and weekend hours may be required for event support.

This is a hybrid position and will require a regular on-site presence.

Target Salary Range : $26.78 - $34.95 per hour
