Aftermarket Parts Specialist Forestry

Job Summary :

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Aftermarket Parts Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, selling, and advising customers on aftermarket parts for vehicles, equipment, or machinery. Youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct aftermarket parts.

Research and source parts from various suppliers to meet customer needs.

Review parts orders from multiple ordering channels.

Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.

Process orders, invoices, and returns efficiently. resolves issues / trouble shoot

Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers and internal teams.

Collaborate with service and sales departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and supplier offerings.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or automotive training is a plus.

Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred.

Strong knowledge of automotive or equipment parts and systems.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Able to perform mathematical calculations : decimals and percentages

Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to lift and move parts and packages as needed.
