eCommerce Coordinator (Music & Entertainment) Location : Santa Monica, CA. Hybrid schedule : in-office Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays. This is a 4-month, full-time (40 hours / week) contract role with potential for temp‑to‑hire.
Overview The Coordinator, eCommerce Campaign Management will support the direct-to-consumer (D2C) team in driving eCommerce initiatives across a roster of artists. This role ensures smooth execution of online store operations, product launches, and marketing initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional partners and maintaining organized workflows.
Responsibilities Coordinate eCommerce operations and campaign management to support product and program launches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Store Management, Inventory, Logistics, Marketing, and Production
Ensure timely launches and seamless customer experiences
Compile and track product information, manage inventory levels, and coordinate with digital marketing for global promotions
Provide sales and reporting updates
Perform QA checks on active web stores
Submit requests for stakeholders and sweepstakes fulfillment
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing expenses, and preparing presentations
Qualifications 1–2+ years of experience in eCommerce, entertainment, or music-related fields
Passion for digital commerce with a focus on operational excellence and campaign execution
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs; strong organizational and communication skills
Familiar with platforms such as Shopify, Monday.com, and Photoshop (preferred but not required)
Experience collaborating with store management, logistics, marketing, and production teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail
Proactive mindset with excellent follow-through and stakeholder updates
Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Background in eCommerce, marketing, entertainment, or related fields
Experience with Shopify, Monday.com, and Photoshop a plus
Additional Requirements Hybrid work : M–Th onsite, Friday remote
Pay range : $22–$24.50 per hour (W-2)
