Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Property Manager to join the team at our successful property management company. The Property Manager is responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned HOA Portfolio. Responsibilities

• Budget preparation
• Secure competitive bids for services
• Attendance of Board Meetings
• Make sound recommendations to clients to assist them with the proper operation of the association
• Preparation of Board Packets and management reports
• Understand financial statements, payables and receivables
• Negotiate contracts
• Inspect properties on a regular basis and work with Assistant Property Manager to schedule necessary maintenance / repairs
• Provide customer service to association residents and board members
• Follow all Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines, local laws, and company policies

Qualifications

• Positive attitude
• Proven working experience in property management
• Licensed Community Association Manager (or willing to obtain license)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
