Benefits Representative | Kansas City, MO LHH is partnering with a client that is looking for a customer-focused and organized Benefits Representative to join the HR team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions and concerns. You’ll help ensure smooth administration of health, retirement, and wellness programs while delivering exceptional service and support. Responsibilities :

• Respond to employee inquiries about benefits plans, eligibility, coverage, and claims.
• Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in the HRIS system.
• Support the annual open enrollment process, including communications and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with benefits vendors and carriers to resolve issues and ensure accurate service.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Educate employees on available benefits and wellness resources.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation related to benefits programs.
