Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant for our Yukon Location to join our Red Dirt orthodontic team! This role is essential in supporting our doctors, delivering excellent patient care, and helping create beautiful, confident smiles. At Red Dirt Orthodontics we are a patient-focused orthodontic practice with offices in Yukon and Oklahoma City. Led by Dr. Kolton Erickson and Dr. Chris Hunt, we provide comprehensive orthodontic care-including braces, Invisalign, and clear aligner treatments-for children, teens, and adults. Responsibilities :

• Assist the orthodontist during examinations and treatment procedures.
• Prepare patients for orthodontic treatment by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort.
• Take digital impressions, photographs, X-rays, and other diagnostic records as needed.
• Place and remove orthodontic appliances, wires, and ligatures under doctor supervision.
• Provide patients with clear oral hygiene instructions and appliance care guidance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sterilized clinical environment.
• Update and maintain patient records accurately.
• Support the front office as needed with scheduling or patient communication.
