Shipping Associate

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Shipping Associate. This position involves the physical task of scrapping out printed products, which includes removing smaller printed pieces from larger sheets. This is a repetitive task but does not involve heavy lifting. Successful candidates will work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrap out printed products by removing smaller pieces from larger sheets.
• Maintain a steady workflow with minimal supervision.
• Ensure punctuality and reliability by arriving at work on time, ideally 5 minutes early.
• Work efficiently without the distraction of socializing, as this is not a production line setting.
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including picking and loading.

The work takes place in a clean and organized facility. The environment is partially temperature-controlled, maintaining a comfortable setting of approximately 70 degrees. Employees are expected to work on their feet with frequent bending and twisting. The first shift runs from 6 am to 2 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid break. The second shift is from 2 pm to 12 : 30 am, Monday through Thursday, also with a 30-minute unpaid break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, Wisconsin.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
