Product Operations Analyst

A company is looking for a Product Operations Analyst, remote nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of IT solutions for new products and features, ensuring high-quality outcomes

Drive the work plan process by triaging requests and facilitating project documentation

Develop and maintain product dashboards and reports to track performance and user feedback

Required Qualifications

2+ years of Project Management experience required

Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Boards) required

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations preferred

Prior experience in a software development environment preferred

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
