Handyman / Home Improvement Technician

We're currently hiring a skilled Handyman / Home Improvement Technician with hands-on experience in accessibility upgrades and home safety modifications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Typical home repairs from drywall, doors, door frames, floors, etc.
- Install grab bars, handrails, and other safety equipment in bathrooms, stairways, and hallways
- Perform bathtub cut-outs and tub-to-shower conversions
- Widen door frames for wheelchair and walker accessibility
- Build and install ramps and low-threshold entries
- Install or coordinate installation of chair lifts and stair lifts
- Adjust cabinetry, sinks, and countertops for ease of use
- Handle general handyman tasks such as drywall, painting, light carpentry, minor plumbing / electrical
- Conduct home safety assessments and recommend aging-in-place solutions
- Provide excellent customer servicemany of our clients are seniors or family caregivers
- Ensure all work is done to code and complies with ADA standards when applicable
Qualifications :
