We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join our WalletShare development team. WalletShare provides detailed market share and analytics data with actionable opportunities for mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and alternative investments.

What You Will Get To Do :

  • Join a team that creates industry-leading data and analytics solutions in a cloud platform utilizing diverse data sets, tools, and technologies.
  • Discover innovative uses for machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that can drive business value.
  • Interact with models in a production environment for a revenue-driving product.
  • Integrate data and analytics solutions within CRM systems and a modern client portal.
  • Work closely with our product team and clients to build data and analytics solutions.
  • Join a high-performing and collaborative Scrum Team working in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Mentor and share knowledge with other members of the development and product teams.

    • What You Will Bring :

  • Natural curiosity and passion for learning new technologies and experience delivering successful data and analytics-driven product solutions.
  • Excellent written communication skills and an appreciation for documentation.
  • Professional experience creating and delivering product solutions with LLM and / or Gen AI.
  • Experience with model tuning, prompt engineering, data modeling, and data preparation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Proactive and flexible in daily work assignments and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Python with knowledge of libraries like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Experience in AWS : Glue, Athena, Redshift DB, Dynamo DB, Bedrock, and QuickSight.
  • Proficient in Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Passion for mentoring others and sharing knowledge within a team environment.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of software engineering best practices.
  • Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience.

    • Preferred Requirements

  • Experience in integrating solutions within native CRM applications like Salesforce.
