Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with proven hands-on expertise in Health Cloud and Service Cloud to join our growing Salesforce practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals while ensuring scalability, performance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Engage directly with clients to gather, define, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business processes into structured use cases and document solution specifications.
  • Evaluate solution design options, weighing the benefits and trade-offs between declarative configurations and custom-coded approaches .
  • Configure and manage the Salesforce environment, including administrative and declarative tasks.
  • Conduct impact analysis for scope or change requests, documenting updates to data mapping, configuration, and requirements.
  • Develop and execute end-user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate functionality.
  • Provide ongoing technical and functional guidance to project and implementation teams.
  • Support training initiatives by contributing to content creation and facilitating sessions for both administrators and end-users.
  • Demonstrate solution capabilities to stakeholders and provide expert consultation on best practices for Health Cloud and Service Cloud.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (8+ years total experience).
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
  • At least 3 years of direct Salesforce platform work focused on Health Cloud and Service Cloud .
  • Active Salesforce certification (minimum one required).
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Certification is mandatory.
