The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. • CPI - Required within 3 months of hire for the following : Emergency Dept. RNs, all Bartlett Float Pool RNs, Memphis Float Pool RNs that will float to Behavioral Health and / or Emergency Dept., and all Behavioral Health RNs.\n
• PALS - Required within 3 months of hire for the following : Emergency Dept., Float Pool RNs who float to the Emergency Dept.\n
