Overview

Klarus Home Health / Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Home Health Sales Community Liaison / Care Navigator to join our team in Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture value-based relationships with key accounts and community agencies.
  • Generate referrals from physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, SNFs, and other healthcare settings.
  • Develop and execute a weekly sales plan, identifying key account targets and associated tactics.
  • Utilize market intelligence data and available tools to aid in growth.
  • Attend community, networking, and social events and gatherings.
  • Co collaborate with agency personnel to maintain programs and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • Proactively follow up on new account leads and coordinate referrals with the intake / office team.
  • Provide counsel regarding community needs, program development, and policy maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Education : Graduate of an accredited college / university preferred.
  • Experience : Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac. Home health sales highly preferred.
  • Skills : Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills; ability to articulate service capabilities to the targeted audience.
  • Attitude : Go-getter, outgoing, and driven.
  • Transportation : Reliable transportation.
  • Environmental & Working Conditions

  • Works under a variety of conditions in facilities and offices.
  • Ability to travel locally within the assigned territory daily and to sales meetings as required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Some exposure to unpleasant weather.
