DESCRIPTION :

Location : Wray, Colorado

Shift : Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM; shift may vary)

On-Call : One weekend per month and one night per week.

0019 SURGICAL TECHNOLOGIST DESCRIPTION : Location : Wray, Colorado

Shift : Full-time, 4 x 10-hour shifts (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM or 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM; shift may vary)

On-Call : One weekend per month and one night per week. Responsibilities : Prepare operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for various procedures. Assist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures in orthopedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, urology, gynecology, C-section, and ENT cases. Maintain sterile field and adhere to strict infection control protocols. Assist with DaVinci and orthopedic robotic procedures (preferred experience). Participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Ensure proper handling, sterilization, and maintenance of surgical instruments. Document surgical procedures and maintain accurate records as required. Qualifications : DORA Certification required. Experience in orthopedic and robotic-assisted surgeries preferred. Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and operating room procedures. Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
