What You'll Do :

Champion a culture of safety and sustainability across two manufacturing sites

Partner with site leaders to tailor and execute impactful EHS strategies

Lead site audits, risk assessments, and investigations—then turn findings into action

Build and deliver engaging safety training programs that stick

Coach and support frontline supervisors to drive day-to-day EHS accountability

Track safety metrics and use data to uncover trends, reduce incidents, and guide decisions

Collaborate cross-functionally to embed EHS into hiring, onboarding, and capital projects

Inspire teams to identify hazards, report near misses, and continuously improve

What We're Looking For :

5+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing

Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Florida safety regulations

Great communicator who can influence across all levels

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Spanish fluency and EHS certifications (CSP, ASP, CHMM) are a plus
