Protouch Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Salisbury, Maryland.

General job duties.  Types of procedures required.

Care of 5-7 patients. Admissions / discharges and transfers. Non - oncology. CHF, Renal failure, Pneumonia, Cdiff, DM, most common diagnoses. Tele monitoring.

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept.

EPIC charting, scanning of medications, remote telemetry

Required skills and minimum years of experience.

Min 2 years of recent experience.

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required.

Active American Heart Assoc BLS. Active MD or compact state RN license.

Shift or schedule requirements.

12 hour shifts, every other weekend. No call. Holidays.  Never alone.

Floating to over units / departments.

Float to sister unit 3 West

Bed size / number of rooms for this unit / dept.

30 - 35 bed unit

Nurse to patient ratio of this unit.

1 : 5-7

Dress Code : Navy Blue Scrubs
