Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA

Traveler position

Rural practice –mostly hospital, but also some long-term care; out-patient, home health. Bulk of caseload is in hospital setting.

Open to all levels of experience.

Typical day includes inpatient (acute & swingbed) and outpatient (variety – orthopedic). 40 bed LTC attached. Intermittent coverage in similar facility

13 weeks, possible extension

Monday – Friday, 8am – 4 : 30pm. No call. No weekends.

Ideal candidate would be MN & SD licensed- Will also go to Clear Lake, SD when needed.

Monday – Friday, Days, Some Call on Saturdays (can discuss in interview).

40 hours guaranteed

Canby, Minnesota area

Southwest Minnesota – near SD border. (Ideal candidate would be MN & SD licensed, however, we can make it work with MN only)

Great location for outdoor activities.

Housing available

Within 45 minutes of 3 larger towns – Marshall MN, Brookings SD & Watertown SD.

EPIC – One Chart; Matrix; EPIC Home Health

Minnesota license preferred but will wait for the license. Prefer a candidate that is also South Dakota licensed, but not necessary.
