Team Lead Caregiver

Are you an experienced Caregiver ready to take your career to the next level? Touching Hearts at Home – North Houston is hiring a Lead Caregiver (On-Call) to ensure seamless client care, support fellow Caregivers, and uphold our high service standards.

This is an action-oriented administrative position where you’ll provide hands-on care, mentor team members, and contribute to operational improvements.

What You’ll Do :

On-Call Shift Coverage – Fill in for call-offs, emergencies, and new client intakes

First-Shift Introductions – Orient and coach new Caregivers in-home on shift

Quality Audits – Conduct client & Caregiver check-ins to maintain top-tier care

Supply Delivery – Ensure clients & Caregivers have what they need

Training & Mentorship – Guide, support, and lead by example with a can-do attitude

Operational Input – Assist in improving services, training, and policies

What We’re Looking For :

• Must live in our service area (NW Houston) : Spring, Willowbrook, Champions, Cypress.

Experienced Caregiver (CNA preferred) with strong leadership skills

Positive, solution-focused, and team-oriented mindset

Available around the clock 24 / 7, 5 days a week with the ability to work flexible long days and hours, including last-minute

Strong communication, GRIT & problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation, Driver's License & ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
