Job Overview

The Hubbell Internship Program is a 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.

The Human Resources (HR) Intern position offers a variety of opportunities, including exposure to various HR responsibilities that will provide an excellent foundation as a professional. Opportunities can vary from supporting teams in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate HR offices across the United States. HR interns can be expected to streamline processes, learn how to pursue change across different populations, prepare data / presentations for various audiences, and be able to gain applicable professional skills and experiences. You will be supporting our HR Director in Greenville, SC.

• Providing a presentation to the local management teamat the end of the program.
• Gaining knowledge of the industry as it pertains to the Hubbell business location.
• Gaining experience in planning and organizational skills.
• Working on challenging robust projects that will provide practical experience.
• Assisting with process improvement.
• Managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
• Providing support and assistance to co-workers as appropriate.
