Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products. Service and Hospitality : Enhance member experiences through personal interactions. Create and coach personalized programs for in-person and virtual clients. Maintain a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts. Professional Development : Engage in one-on-one or team meetings with management. Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one (we offer reimbursement!). Current CPR / AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants). A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed. Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective time management and organizational abilities. Basic computer and technology skills. Energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor. With the support of dedicated managers, you’ll develop a comprehensive approach to programming, education, business, and financial planning. Together, we’ll redefine the science of fitness and the art of living!
Your Role : Primary Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will :
- PT Business Management :
Build and maintain an active client base.
Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
Participate in Continuing Education classes to elevate your skills.
What We’re Looking For : Qualifications
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Transparency : $39.50 - $94.00 per session; $16 / hr for non-session work; plus the potential for additional incentive bonuses.
