This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As Soon As Possible - Ongoing
• Practice Setting : Nursing Home Setting
• Scope : Procedures Provider Will Be Required To Perform : Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, and 30 days evaluations
• Patients per day : 8-12 patients per day
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60+ days

$129.01 / Hourly - $139.65 / Hourly
