Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring their insurance needs are fully supported. As an integral member of our team, you will foster strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, answering questions, and handling policy changes or updates efficiently.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to secure competitive quotes and renewals that meet client needs.
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, outlining coverage options and recommendations tailored to their business objectives.
• Assist in claims management, working as a liaison between clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Review client accounts periodically to ensure proper coverage levels are maintained and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Contribute to process improvements, ensuring efficient workflows and excellent service delivery.
