Your Impactful Role

As a Patient Account Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our patient experience. You will handle various responsibilities, including front desk management, scheduling, verifying benefits, obtaining authorizations, and managing patient accounts for our Physical Therapy Department.

Qualifications :

Physical Demands and Work Environment :

This role involves regular use of hands and arms, repetitive movements, and prolonged periods of sitting and computer use. The ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and deal with stressful situations is essential. You will work in a moderate noise level environment. Interactions may include dealing with a variety of patient behaviors, and you should maintain a calm and professional demeanor.
