What you will do Develop and execute creative marketing strategies to promote products, craft compelling narratives, and engage content to drive customer adoption and loyalty.
Report to the Senior Director, Brand Management and work with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, digital operations) to align efforts and drive impactful online launches.
Act as a strategic product concept partner with the Design and Merchandising teams, briefing management on product style storytelling and results, and collaborate with Visual Marketing and Styling teams to create key looks through the integrated marketing process.
Identify and implement key initiatives to strategically drive and showcase the brand’s excellence in product marketing and storytelling.
Develop communication and creative concepts based on consumer insights and wearing occasions related to product functionality, style, and innovation.
Partner with design, innovation, development, and merchandising teams to implement brand-building product stories.
Concept and execute briefs with the creative team to enhance overall product style and key features and benefits.
Partner with innovation to concept storytelling for new innovations and materials, highlighting product claims, benefits, and value.
Own product naming strategy and seasonal naming of all new footwear, apparel, and accessories.
Collaborate with visual merchandising and store design teams to bring the brand’s product marketing to life through experiential touch points online and in stores.
Elevate eCommerce product and landing pages through partnership with creative, copy, and e‑commerce teams.
What you need to succeed We all have unique skills. For this role, foundational skills include experience in a related field and 4–9 years of industry achievement. A bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required. The foundational skills you will need include :
Combination of strategist, brand manager, and creative—an ultimate storyteller
Creative agency strategic planning experience with briefs that resemble final creative
Excitement for consumer insights and turning them into actionable communication
Understanding of the full consumer journey from product creation to on-site and in-store purchase
Passion for youth culture, fashion, and lifestyle footwear, apparel, and accessories
Strong communication skills : excellent written and verbal communication for crafting messaging and collaboration
Creativity and innovation : ability to think creatively and produce marketing ideas
Strategic thinking : understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop and execute plans
Analytical skills : ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Project management : experience in managing projects, timelines, and budgets
Customer empathy : understanding and connecting with customer needs and perspectives

Hiring Range : $88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD annually. This position may be eligible for additional compensation through an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential, with details provided during recruiting and interview.
